We go all the way back to her days at St. Ursula Academy and what they did to start her foundation of who she is. Kate goes into why education and learning is important to her and reasons behind being a life-longer learner. This gets us to how to handle your emotional well-being, handling your insecurities and dealing with the overwhelming stress & anxiety.

Kate goes to a dark moment of her life that led her to know it was time to change. I give her credit for being able to talk openly about this tragic period. She gives her feelings on negative vs. positive thinking, not allowing others approval or disapproval to matter, and to believe in yourself!

Hear what it takes to get your spirit in shape and how her system works with whether you are an over-achiever or an under-achiever. The Book “The Full Spirit Workout” has a 10-step plan we hit on a couple with one being stretching your comfort zone which leads us to discuss the dangers of expecting someone else to “complete” you.

A real conversation about social media and it can be good but also how it clouds us. We go into depth with this as it is full of great insight. Kate’s five P’s are presence, patience, purpose, preparation, and practice but which one is her favorite and why? She gives you tips on how to stop yourself from spinning out to end our talk.
